1. Parties
These terms apply to all purchases from Enhanced Republic OÜ (Registry Code 17473323), registered at Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia. Our European correspondence address is Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany. Throughout this document we refer to ourselves as Enhanced Republic, we, or us.
2. Research use only
All products sold through our research division are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicinal products, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnostic use, or any clinical application.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By checking the confirmation box at checkout, you confirm your age, you accept the research-use restriction, and you take responsibility for compliance with the import regulations that apply in your country.
4. Customer responsibility for local compliance
The legal status of importing and possessing research chemicals varies significantly by country and by substance. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the products you order can be legally imported into your country before placing an order. Enhanced Republic does not provide legal advice on local regulations and cannot be held responsible for customs seizures, fines, or any other consequences arising from local restrictions.
5. Orders and pricing
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. All prices shown are final prices. We are not currently VAT-registered, as we operate below the applicable VAT registration thresholds, so no VAT is charged at this time. Our VAT registration is in progress and will be completed as soon as possible. Once we are registered, VAT will be applied and shown according to your shipping destination under the OSS scheme. Prices to you will not change as a result. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unverifiable addresses, or legal concerns regarding the destination country.
6. Payment
We accept SEPA wire transfer and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, and more via NOWPayments). We do not accept card payments. Orders are dispatched only after payment is fully confirmed.
7. Shipping
We provide tracked delivery across Europe to the destinations listed on our shipping page. Orders are typically dispatched the same day on weekdays after payment confirmation. Cartridges and nasal sprays ship cold-chain protected; lyophilized vials ship as stable powder. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is delivered to the recipient address. We will assist with reasonable claims for shipments confirmed lost in transit by the carrier. See our shipping policy for full details.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
Our products are sealed, sterile research compounds. In addition, our cartridges and nasal sprays are temperature-sensitive and ship in solution: any exposure to ambient temperatures, including during return shipping, causes degradation that cannot be visually detected.
For these reasons, our products fall within the exemptions to the right of withdrawal under:
- Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which covers sealed goods unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once unsealed after delivery. This applies to all of our products, which are supplied sealed and sterile.
- Art. 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which covers goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This applies to our cartridges and nasal sprays.
Accordingly, we do not accept returns of delivered products. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments are handled separately under Section 10. If your order arrives damaged, contact support@enhancedrepublic.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents.
9. Product quality and testing
We test on an ongoing, rotating basis with Janoshik Analytical for purity, identity, and content. Test results are published on verify.enhancedrepublic.com as testing completes, and the batch and results corresponding to your purchase are accessible via the QR code included with your order, where independent testing for that batch is available. Where a batch has not yet been independently tested, we hold the manufacturer certificate of analysis. We do not guarantee a specific purity level across all products at all times. What we guarantee is honest publication of the actual results we hold.
10. Warranty and liability
We warrant that products are supplied in the condition described in their published test results, where available. Our total liability for any claim relating to products or services is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not liable for any consequences arising from misuse of our products, use outside controlled laboratory research, or use in violation of local laws.
11. Account obligations
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@enhancedrepublic.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
12. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, brand marks, photography, certificates, product descriptions, and visual design, is the property of Enhanced Republic OÜ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
13. Modifications to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence under applicable EU consumer law. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
