Shipping Information

How it works

1. Place your order and complete payment.
2. We dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed Friday after 14:00 CET ship the following Monday to avoid weekend transit for temperature-sensitive products.
3. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your package ships.
4. Most deliveries are signature-free. For higher-value orders, the carrier may require a signature at delivery.

Free tracked shipping on every order, in every country we serve. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Packaging and handling

Our products are supplied as lyophilized powder, which is stable at ambient temperatures during transit. Upon receipt, we recommend storing vials at 2 to 8°C to maintain maximum shelf life. Reconstituted vials must be refrigerated and used within 28 days.

Every order ships in rigid protective packaging with individual vial cushioning. Plain outer cartons with a generic sender name. No markings indicating contents, brand, or product category on the outside of the package.

What's included

Every research peptide order includes a complimentary 3ml vial of bacteriostatic water for reconstitution at no additional cost. Melanotan II orders also ship with a complimentary antihistamine blister for research convenience.

Customer responsibility

The legal status of import and possession of research chemicals varies by country and substance. Customers are solely responsible for verifying that our products can be legally imported into their jurisdiction before placing an order. Enhanced Republic does not provide legal advice on local regulations and cannot be held responsible for customs seizures or other consequences arising from local restrictions.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number is sent by email the moment your package is dispatched. You can track your package using the link in that email. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of payment confirmation, check your spam folder first, then email support@enhancedrepublic.com.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact support@enhancedrepublic.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation immediately and ship a free replacement once the loss is confirmed, usually within 5 business days.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, broken vials, or leaking contents, photograph the outer carton and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email us at support@enhancedrepublic.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the outer packaging showing any damage
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photo of the shipping label

We arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. No return shipment required.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed pickup notifications will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a handling fee. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can often update the address before dispatch.

Discreet packaging

All shipments use plain outer cartons with a generic sender name. Vials are cushioned with protective inserts. There are no markings indicating contents, brand, or product category on the outside of the package. Work or residential delivery addresses work equally well.
