We ship with DHL from Germany. Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays usually go out the same day. You get your tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Cold chain for cartridges and nasal sprays
Cartridges and nasal sprays are liquid and sensitive, so we ship them fully cold-chain protected: gel packs in insulated boxes, temperature-protected the whole way to you. What arrives is fresh.
Vials (lyophilized powder)
Lyophilized vials are stable as a powder in transit and need no cold chain. Stored refrigerated, they keep for up to 24 months.
Storage on arrival
- Vials (powder): cold and dark in the fridge at 2 to 8 °C, for up to 24 months. Once reconstituted, use within 28 days.
- Cartridges and nasal sprays: keep refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C and use within the period stated on your product. Bring cartridges to room temperature before use.
Discreet packaging
Neutral outer carton, unmarked sender, no indication of contents, brand, or product category. What is inside is your business only.
Included with every order
We include the accessories your order needs: sterile needle tips, syringes, a transfer syringe for BAC water to reconstitute vials, BAC water, and alcohol pads. Everything you need to get started.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Depending on the carrier, a signature may be required. Please provide an address where the parcel can be received safely.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery caused by an incorrectly provided address may be charged at the redelivery shipping cost.
